The Challenge

Rise Up Education is a tutoring service that needed a professional website to attract parents searching for tutoring in their area. Their requirements were straightforward but important: the site needed to rank well in local search results, load quickly, clearly communicate their services, and make it easy for parents to get in touch.

They also needed their website enquiry forms to integrate directly with their existing TutorBird, so new leads would flow straight into their system without manual data entry.

Our Approach

We built a fast, SEO-optimised website designed around the parent search journey — from discovering the service through search to submitting an enquiry.

SEO-first architecture: Every page was structured with local SEO in mind. Proper heading hierarchy, keyword-optimised titles and meta descriptions, structured data markup, and fast page load times. The goal was to appear when local parents search for tutoring services in the area.

Clear service communication: The site presents Rise Up Education's tutoring services in a clear, scannable format. Parents can quickly understand what subjects are covered, what age groups are served, and what makes the service different. No jargon, no ambiguity — just clear information that helps parents decide.

Integrated enquiry forms: Multiple forms across the site connect directly to TutorBird. When a parent submits an enquiry, the information flows straight into the system — ready for follow-up without anyone needing to copy details from an email.

Self-managed content via Sanity CMS: We integrated Sanity as a headless CMS so the Rise Up Education team can update page content, service descriptions, and announcements themselves — without needing a developer for every text change.

Performance: We built the site with Next.js for fast page loads, which matters both for user experience and for Google's ranking factors. The site consistently scores in the high 90s on Lighthouse performance tests.
