The Challenge
Headstart Club had an existing website that was working well for their business, but they were missing a key conversion opportunity. Visitors were browsing the site and leaving without taking action. They needed a way to capture interest and drive sign-ups without a full site rebuild.
The solution needed to be subtle — not an annoying popup that visitors immediately close — and it needed to work seamlessly with the existing site. Performance was a priority: the addition could not slow down the current site.
Our Approach
Rather than rebuilding the entire site, we added a targeted enhancement: a floating enquiry form that appears at the right moment and encourages visitors to take the next step.
Subtle, not intrusive: The form is designed to be helpful rather than annoying. It appears as a compact floating element that does not block content or interrupt browsing. Visitors can engage with it when they are ready, or easily dismiss it.
Responsive design: The form adapts to every screen size. On desktop, it sits neatly in the corner. On mobile, it transforms into a format that is easy to tap and fill out with thumb-friendly inputs and clear labels.
Performance-first: We implemented the form using lightweight vanilla JavaScript and CSS — no heavy libraries or frameworks. The total addition to the page weight was minimal, keeping the site fast and avoiding any impact on existing performance scores.
Seamless integration: The form was designed to look and feel like a natural part of the existing site. Matching colours, fonts, and styling so it blends with the established brand rather than looking bolted on.
